BLE Stability Tester ("the App") is developed and maintained by Kengo Cardistry. This privacy policy explains what data the App accesses and how it is used. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers.

The App stores test session results (connection counts, latency measurements, RSSI values, timestamps) in a local SQLite database on the user's device. This data is:
Android requires the ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION permission for BLE scanning on Android 11 and below.
This permission is used exclusively to enable BLE scanning.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit the user's GPS location.
The App uses Google Play's in-app purchase system to offer the Pro upgrade. When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Google. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles payment data.
The App receives only the purchase status (purchased / not purchased) from Google Play. No payment card information is accessible to the App.

All test data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all data by uninstalling the App.
The App is intended for hardware and software developers. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
